Senior Executive Vice President, is the Chief Risk Officer and Credit Officer at Broadway Bank in San Antonio, Texas. He has held this position since he joined the Bank in 2011. John manages the Bank's overall risk exposure and provides portfolio oversight, along with leadership of underwriting, approval processes, administration, servicing and review of all loan and credit accounts from multiple markets; primarily in San Antonio, Austin, Dallas and Houston. John earned a Bachelor of Science in Economics from The Pennsylvania State University and has a Master of Business Administration in finance from The Weatherhead School of Management at Case Western Reserve University. John and his wife, Cheryl (along with their two labs River and Scout) have been active supporters of The Guide Dogs of Texas since 2019, hosting and loving many of the guide dogs in their advanced training chapter. The reward and privilege of playing a small part in this organization led me to my Board service role late in 2023. Our participation in the mission to enhance freedom, mobility, and independence for Texans with blindness or low vision has brought our family incredible happiness.
